Montana creates furniture that brings together storage and creative freedom, with colour as part of the story.

A child’s room is a place for imagination, play and quiet concentration, and with pieces such as the KEEP'chest of drawers, Kevi desk chair and Colour Box, the space can be adapted as needs change. Use Montana's wide colour palette to set the tone and create a personal room while allowing for a calm or colourful setting – however you prefer.

Augusta's Room

13-year-old Augusta's room is characterized by soft tones combined with vintage finds and warm rattan pieces.

At 13, Augusta is naturally in between wanting a more grown-up space while still holding on to childhood favourites like teddies and little, fun finds. A recent room upgrade focused on choosing classic, long-term pieces that can adapt to her needs as she grows. Items, she might actually want to bring with her when the day comes to move out.

Soft pink sets the tone and creates a gentle, modern, and inviting space. It's perfect for an active teenager who loves hanging out with her friends, but also enjoys quieter moments while being creative at home.

The bed is framed by a canopy, while soft lighting gives a cosy feeling. Augusta’s teddies are placed on the bed, and her books are within easy reach on the shelf.

In the corner, a white vintage table that is used as a desk, paired with a Kevi chair from Montana, clad in fabric from Mads Nørgaard. A rattan basket and little shelf add warmth.

On the right, a glimpse of the KEEP cabinet and the AROUND mirror. Both are from Montana.

A soft pink Montana KEEP cabinet adds a softness to the room and is where Augusta keeps some of her clothes. The round mirror above is also from Montana.

On top of the cabinet sits a Bunny Lamp, and a Scandinavian Swan mobile is spotted in the top right corner.

A black-and-white-striped Kevi Chair from Montana adds contrast to the white desk. Augusta keeps small finds in small boxes on the desk, next to a little mirror and a Liberty pouch.

Augusta loves music and loves to play on the keyboard. The pink Kevi stool from Montana doubles as a chair for friends, and as a stool used by the keyboard.

A beautiful red Montana Mini Play Box draws attention as it sits by the entrance onto the landing space.

On the wall hang postcards with drawings by Elsa Beskow.

Kawaii cat stickers and an equally cute Liberty pouch sit on the table. Also seen here: The book 'This is how I feel today'.
