Slide, count and discover. This classic wooden abacus makes numbers something children can see, touch and move, one bead at a time.
Ten rows of colourful beads run along ten wires in a sturdy beech wood A-frame that stands steadily on the table. Children can count from one to ten, then to a hundred, and explore adding, subtracting and simple patterns along the way. The bright colours also make it fun for sorting and early colour play.
It's sanded smooth and made to last, just like the counting frames their grandparents learned with. It makes a lovely Christmas or birthday gift that grows with the child.
