Yoko's Room, 2 years old

2-year-old Yoko loves to draw, play with her dolls and little finger dolls and to read books with her parents.

Her room is more or less kept only in tones of pink, which creates a unique, embracing, and warm feel.

This is a room where a little girl can grow and explore; now, and for years to come.

A little place for Yoko to sit and draw or play. Above the Luisa Table and Charlie Chair hangs a pinboard with drawings and other handmade things. A pink Mushroom Lamp sits on the table.

Walls and panels have been painted in Pink Veil and Pink Allure from Flügger. Seen here: The Mushroom Lamp in pink, Luisa Table in Vanilla paired with the Charlie Chair in strawberry. In the window sits a knitted cactus.

Yoko's bed is a Caravan Crib that has been converted into a toddler bed.

Behind the bed is a little shelving system where Yoko has some of her favourite toys.

Cute soft dolls, one in mint and one in yellow sits on the bed accompanied by a charming pillow.

The toddler bed from Kalon Studios is a beautiful piece – modern, simplistic yet full of charm. In the bed sits a soft doll in mint and one in yellow.

A soft rug is placed by bed, and also works as a comfortable place to play.

Books are placed in the corner at a height where Yoko can reach. Seen here: A small red Mushroom Lamp, and a small Raffia Forest Basket.

Above the shelf hangs a platter from Astier de Villatte bought in Lubarol.

A red Mushroom Lamp and a small Raffia Forest Basket are placed underneath the books.

Yoko loves to draw, and her drawings are hung on the panels and on the door. Cute little bags are also hung on the door – including a Bonton tote. Find similar bags here.

"There is a sense of magic in here in the early hours of the day, as the sun starts to find its way in."

– Yoko's mother, Annsophie

Postcards, pictures, drawings and other little things to keep are hung safely on the pinboard above the table.

The sun shines through the windows and onto the Luisa Table, Charlie Chair and Mushroom Lamp.
